A bit of history from the owner,

       I have spent the last 40 years in the Aerospace, Military, and defense machining and manufacturing industry. I possess a wealth of knowledge, and truly know how to take a machined part from an "idea" sketched on a piece of paper, to a fully machined product. I got started in the business thanks to my wonderful father,  he gave me the opportunity at a very young age to work in a first class manufacturing facility. Dad was the Operations Manager for 41 years. During this time he gave me the opportunity to learn from the very best machinists, and cad programmers, which ultimately led me down the path of manufacturing. I started out learning to set up and run all of the traditional manual machines, and support equipment, that would include manual milling machines, both vertical and horizontal, manual engine lathes, turret lathes, as well as chucker lathes. I also was taught to properly use surface grinders, and drill sharpeners, as well as end mill tool grinding equipment. 

         After mastering all of the manual equipment, I began my training in the set up and operation of cnc milling machines and cnc lathe turning centers. I spent the rest of my career, centered on these types of equipment. I continued this path for the 1st, 19 years of my career. I am experienced in solid billet machining, casting machining, exotic alloy machining, as well as weldment, and extruded products.

         At that point I began to learn the role of a cnc programmer. Cnc programming became my next logical step and came natural to me after so many years of background machining experience. I fully embraced programming and took my abilities to the top tier in programming. I continued to design, develop and create toolpath for many extremely tight tolerance, and very difficult Aerospace products for another 21 years. 

         This career path has led me to my current situation, where I am now doing what I truly love to do, and that is partnering with other machining and manufacturing companies and offering my expertise, and vast background experience to help them create turn key solutions for their particular product. I strive to exceed their expectations of quality and cycle time projections. I take great pride in developing all of the necessary work holding, and fixturing. I utilize top technology cutting tools, and the latest most advanced cad /cam programming software that help to create ultra efficient toolpaths.
